Mike Halvorsen framed his first house in Harbour Landing the summer the subdivision opened. Within two years the referrals outnumbered the free weekends, and Demo Construction became a company.
We grew slowly on purpose. Every hire is someone who has worked beside us, every sub-trade is one we would use on our own homes, and every quote is written by the person who will run the job. That is why the crew you meet at the estimate is the crew that shows up on day one.
Today we split our year roughly in half between residential work across Regina and the bedroom communities, and commercial build-outs for clinics, retailers and small offices. The two sides sharpen each other: commercial schedules make us disciplined, and residential clients make us tidy.
