Slab to shingles in about two weeks, back-lane or acreage.
From a 22 by 24 single to a heated 30 by 40 acreage shop, we pour the slab, frame the walls and trusses, install doors and finish the exterior to match your house. Most City garages are permitted and complete within three weeks of pouring.
Options include in-slab heat, 100-amp sub-panels, vaulted trusses for storage, oversized overhead doors and full interior finishing.

Questions we hear about this work
Do you charge for quotes?
No. Site visits and written quotes are free within Regina city limits and the surrounding communities we serve. For projects more than an hour away we may ask for a small travel fee that is credited back if you hire us.
How long does a quote take?
Most quotes are sent within five business days of the site visit. Larger new-home and commercial projects that need drawings and engineering take two to three weeks, and we tell you that up front.
Do you handle City of Regina permits?
Yes. We apply for building, plumbing and electrical permits on your behalf, coordinate any engineering the City requires, and schedule every inspection. Permit fees are listed as a line item in your quote.
Are you licensed and insured?
We hold a City of Regina business licence, carry five million dollars in commercial general liability, and have an active WCB account. Certificates are attached to every quote and available any time on request.
