Kitchen & Bathroom Renovations
Complete tear-out to finished room, usually inside four weeks.
Kitchens and bathrooms are where a renovation shows, and where a bad one leaks. We handle demolition, structural changes to open up walls, plumbing and electrical through licensed trades, tile, cabinetry, counters and paint under one contract.
We protect the rest of your house with zip walls and floor covering, run a dust extractor on every saw, and clean the site at the end of every day. You will get a day-by-day schedule before we start and a text if anything on it moves.

Questions we hear about this work
Do you charge for quotes?
No. Site visits and written quotes are free within Regina city limits and the surrounding communities we serve. For projects more than an hour away we may ask for a small travel fee that is credited back if you hire us.
How long does a quote take?
Most quotes are sent within five business days of the site visit. Larger new-home and commercial projects that need drawings and engineering take two to three weeks, and we tell you that up front.
Do you handle City of Regina permits?
Yes. We apply for building, plumbing and electrical permits on your behalf, coordinate any engineering the City requires, and schedule every inspection. Permit fees are listed as a line item in your quote.
Are you licensed and insured?
We hold a City of Regina business licence, carry five million dollars in commercial general liability, and have an active WCB account. Certificates are attached to every quote and available any time on request.
